Switching utilities provider 'can save money'

Britons trying to find ways to boost their personal finances at present should consider switching their utility provider, an expert has said.
Jasmine Birtles, founder of online resource Money Magpie, feels this is one of the best possible ways individuals can go about combating the high level of inflation seen in the UK at present.
Following the global economic downturn, many people across the country have been forced to resort to borrowing in order to make ends meet as the cost of essentials like gas, electricity and food continues to soar.
However, Ms Birtles noted that issues caused by these factors can be limited by taking the opportunity to alter the company they receive products such as electricity, broadband and insurance from.
"Nobody can afford to be complacent now they have to switch in order to do anything or get a decent rate on anything and save money," she added.
